Perfect for beginners and experienced crocheters alike, Amitami kits make it easy to stitch up a sweet little pal from start to finish. Lykke has also created a helpful YouTube tutorial for each kit, so you can follow along step by step if you need a little extra guidance.
The name Amitami comes from the Japanese words “ami,” meaning to knit, crochet, or weave, and “tami,” meaning people or folk. Together, Amitami means “the little people of crochet.”

You can create any pattern you want using any yarn you want although we recommend DK or Worsted. We’ve even had some folks use yarn given to them by loved ones so they can always have it close at hand. These fit our Large Moleskine notebooks perfectly and can even hold a pen.
