This class will guide you in knitting the basic sock step by step using the Magic Loop method. The Basic Sock pattern by Summer Lee is a free download, with easy to follow instructions and links to video tutorial. It looks far more complicate to make than it actually is. Once you get the hang of the construction, you'll find yourself knitting more pairs than you know what to do with!
This class is for intermediate knitters who are comfortable with casting on, bind off, and knitting in the round. We will be learning the magic loop method.

One skein of sock yarn (approximately 400 yards, though you will not use the entire skein!)
One mini skein or scrap ball of sock yarn (approximately 50 yards) for the contrasting cuff, heels, and toes (Optional)
