Winter Woodland Animal

It’s that time of year — the time when we get cozy with some festive knitting! This winter season, these adorable woodland animals will make the perfect decor in your home or a gift for someone dear.

Note that attendees will not be making all animals featured in the pattern during this class. Attendees will select one animal of their choice for the purposes of instruction.

Skills you must already know to join this class:

• Cast on, bind off

• Knit, purl

• Increasing, decreasing

Skills in this pattern we will cover in class:

• Seaming

• Embroidering faces on knit animals

• (Optional) I-cord

Dates: Sundays, November 8th and 15th

Time: 12:30-2:30pm

Fee: $60

Supplies:

You will be responsible for bringing:

• Yarn

• Appropriately sized needles

• Tapestry needle for seaming and embroidering (I use the same tapestry needle size for both, but for your personal preference you may need different sizes)

• The pattern

Materials provided:

• Stuffing for the animals

• Thread for the finishing details (eyes and mouth)

Homework: Please have your supplies ready for the start of class.

We ask that class fees be paid in advance (thank you!). A full refund will be granted with a 72-hour cancellation notice. Refunds or store credit will be issued if your class is cancelled due to low enrollment (which we hope never happens!).

Materials are not included in classes, but we do offer 10% off.
